Keg at The Famous Royal Navy Volunteer, Bristol. Pours hazy golden orange amber with a minimal head. Aromas of vinegar, light acidity, funk & straw. On the taste it’s more vinegar, lacto, wood, lemony citrus, apricot, funky barnyard. Light to medium bodied, fine carbo, dry tart finish. The level of sourness won’t suit everyone, it’s challenging. Another interesting beer from Mike!

Tap at Mother Kellys, 21st September 17. After drinking 2.7K beers this is one of the most vile liquids I have had the misfortune to spend my money on. Drain pour stomach messing muck. Sorry this is objectioble and I love sours.
