The third version of our collaboration with Left Handed Giant, this sour Wheat beer has a pronounced and complex sourness which is delicately balanced with a fresh, bright hop character. Notes of citrus and zingy herbal tones create a balance of sweet and tart, with a hint of white wine.

Decent typical Berliner with some pleasant citric and green apple notes. Also a fine acidity. Perfect after to many imperial stouts. [On tap at All In Beer Fest 18 in Gothenburg, Sweden]

Keg at salthorse. Pours hazy pale yellow, nose is funky, citrus, taste is zesty citrus, juicy, salty.
