Keg at CBC SMA - London. Pours clear yellow-gold with a foamy, white head. Prominent yeast expression in the nose, some flaked wheat, lemon zest, grass, hay. Light sweet flavour, fairly dry, with some crispy pale grains, crackers, grassy bitterness, very slight funky hay bales, bitter lemon rind, nips of grapefruit. Light to medium bodied with average carbonation. Dry and lightly warming in the finish, with more citrus peel, dried wheat, grass. Pretty good stuff.
