Bottle 7 at cropredy 2017 Saturday.. Light vanilla apple nose.. Dry apple.. Light oak... Soft apple.. Light medicinal tones

Bottle thanks to allmyvinyl. Appearance - amber with initially a lot of fizz but it’s the kind you know is going to disappear quickly. And so it does. Nose - tangy highland toffee. Honey. Taste - more tangy caramel or toffee. Sweet but tangy. Something oaky on the end. Then sweetness returns. Palate - close to medium bodied with a tangy middle section. The finish is sweet and tangy at the same time. Overall - interesting but what is it?
