A collaboration with our friends from Cwrw Lal Brewery in Wales, this is a farmhouse ale flavoured with seasonal fruits. Beetroot is added in the boil for a reddish hue. Orange zest and rhubarb are added post fermentation for a tart flavour and bright citrus aroma.

Keg at Eebria Taproom. It pours lightly hazy orange with a small foamy white head. The aroma is fresh, fruity, rhubarb, strawberry, orange peel, spice, clove, straw, cereal and hay. The taste is crisp, dry, straw, white pepper, soft fruity vibe, rhubarb, earthy, candied beetroot, zesty, straw, minerals with a firm and dry finish. Medium body and moderate, prickly carbonation. Pretty fun and all comes together well.
