Bottle. Minerally yeast nose. Cloudy grey orange, low lace. Peppery light necrotic yeast notes, citrus, fermented fruit. Medium body, dry mouthfeel, fennel finish. I really don’t get what drives the brewers over here to try to make a Saison into a strong winter warmer.

Cloudy amber color, small head. The aroma is sweet, there is some plastic, bread. Sweetish flavor, malt, with a strong bread character, light fruitiness, strong flavor of yeast too, and moderate spices; correct bitterness.
It seems well off target.
