Foamy off white head grew on a reddish brown still body - looks great! Red berry & malt aroma - no sourness. Medium bodied with an incredibly crisp feels that punches the roof of the mouth. Sour, bitter, vinous, red berry & spiced tastes. Puckering

Can sample at a tasting at Yoav's place. Cloudy amber. Pickled vegetables, fruitiness, yogurt, malt, sour and a bit sweetish, caramel, vinegar note, bitterish note.

Keg @ The Grove, Huddersfield. Golden-amber with a very thin head. Has hops in its nose with a sourness evident, but not overly stated. This transfers as a mild activity in the palate, and a fruitiness is available.

Tap @ Sori Taproom. Poured reddish color with a thin white head. Sour, beet looks, feel. Soury, berryish, lingonberries in flavors. Good drinkability. Getting the lingonberries. Interesting, I like it, even though no fan of herbal, spicy brews. But this one has attitude.

Tried at the Head of Steam, Liverpool. Colour of a deep rose wine, but with a thick white head. Aroma, berry and gin like aroma, with hint of fruit. Taste light sour, with a slight fruity sweetness. Medium Body, lightly carbonated and easy to drink.
