Characterised by its subtle yet extraordinary taste. Produced with the addition of forest fruit juice, it is made of honey mash from nectarous honey and water, with the proportions 1 part honey to 0.5 part water. It is matured for several years to stabilise it and make it completely clear. Alcohol content 16%.

Ceramic bottle, 16%. Vinous aroma, a little boozy. Clear dark golden colour. Very sweet and nicely spicy aroma. A good bitterness to balance the extreme sweetness. Good caramelly sweetness.

Bottle. Pours clear perfct amber, leaving oily laces inside the glass. Dark, sweet aroma of honey with roasty and boozy notes. Delicious taste of honey with distinct touches of roast and oak cask. Sweet aftertaste with just perfect touches of alcohol.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. No head. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are rich smooth honey, syrup and hides alcohol very well. Excellent mead.

Bottle @ The 4th Annual Fastelavns-Smagning Ulfborg, 2013. Thanks Geir. Pours clear amber with bubbles on top. Syrup, dark fruit, juicy, vanilla, nuts , oak and honey. Delicious. Complex stuff.

Recomended by Mr 10K Yngwie so I had to try. Nut brown colour with no head. Sweet sherry aroma. Very oily texture. Rich sweet fruity flavour. Reminds me of sherry. Guess I get all the Mead lovers on my tail now. It was ok and drinkable. But in small kvanta. Warming alcohol.
