Wit for the very first time! This version of a wit is brewed with coriander seeds, lemongrass, dried limes and orange peel to give it a wonderfully aromatic and floral flavour.

Keg at Brewdog, Bristol. Pours hazy pale golden with a white head. Herbal with lemongrass, orange, coriander notes plus the usual wit esters. Light spicy finish. Light to medium bodied with soft carbonation. Pretty decent overall

Cask-conditioned at the Three Tuns, Bristol 8/4/2016. Hazy yellow in colour, with a decent, off-white, head. Aroma of citrus and coriander with a suggestion of leafy hops, Flavour of grainy malts, orange peel, green herbs, leading to a yeasty finish. Fine.
