Into the depths of my backlog. SRAF 2017 - 06/07/17. Golden with a light haze, well melded mint and ginger notes over saison yeast.

Third of a cask pint at the Scottish Real Ale Festival in Edinburgh’s Corn Exchange on 7th July 2017. Light haze to the golden pour, weak white wispy head. I found both Ginger and Mint within the nose and taste, some peppery notes too. Different and interesting, liked it: but one small glass was enough for me.

3.4 Cask at SRAF 2017... Hazy amber... Thin white lacing.. Soft sweet mint.. Sweet floral mint nose... Soft sweet floral fruit.. Long clean floral mint

Cask at sraf 2017. Pours hazy golden, nose is minty, ginger, banana, herbal, taste is sweet, minty, caramel, dry, hint of ginger, refreshing. --- Beer merged from original tick of Ginger & Mint Saison on 20 Aug 2017 at 14:28 - Score: 7
