Draught @ One pint pub. Poured pretty much black in color with a thin brown head. Evident rhum aroma, some mild vanilla notes, fudge and chocolate. Flavor has rhum, chocolate, sweetness and mild sourness. Feels quite thin overall but I like the barrel notes. Actually the finish and the mild sourness/tartness makes it feel like it is wine barrel aged.

330ml Bottle - Black with a foamy tan head. Vanilla, coffee, roasted malt and hints of rum and raisin in the aroma. Coffee, vanilla, roasted malt and hints of raisins in the taste. This beer is quite weak in terms of abv compared to many barrel aged beers but the barrel ageing notes are noticeable yet subtle so quite nicely balanced.
