Cask at the jolly judge. Pours clear pale golden, nose is apple juice, toffee, taste is sweet, juicy apple.

Poly pin at jolly judge... Light yellow... No head... Dry apple front.. Tiniest tanin nose.. Soft dry apple front... Long Sweet apple finish....Juicy apple finish

Cask at North Hop. It pours lightly hazy straw yellow with minimal white head. The aroma is sweet, juicy, fruit cordial, apple juice, dried apple, bit of earth, floral, wood and straw. The taste is rather sweet upfront, sugary, apple pie, sweet apple juice, pear, tart, tangy, apple skin and tannins with a tangy apple finish. Medium body and limited carbonation. Perhaps a touch sweet, but very approachable stuff.
