This nostalgic porter evokes memories of chocolate and coffee around a campfire.· The cherry wood smoked malt used in this beer gives it a heavy smokiness that blends smoothly into the chocolate malty body.· With a silky finish this porter is ideal for sipping on a cold winters eve.

Bottle labelled "Release 13" at Delirium Hoppy Loft, Brussel. Aroma of slightly roasted malt, subtle smoke, some coffee, hint of chocolate. Flavour is light to moderate sweet with a moderate bitter finish. Body is just medium. Not very smokey and rather light, but easily drinkable and fairly enjoyable.

At Delirium Hoppy Loft, my first beer from Utah. Thin, moussy and opening head over a very dark burgundy beer, near black; pleasant aroma of smoked bacon, some charcoal, bitter chocolate, salmiac, roasted chestnuts, soy sauce and candied dates. Sweetish onset, fruity maltiness, chocolatey and nutty, soy sauce siltiness, soft mouthfeel, peppery hops, roasted bitterness and well-dosed smokiness (smoked herring and charcoal) creeping through. Very well-balanced example of its style.

22oz bottle split with the one known only as Anndiesel. Chunky brown burgundy black body. Steady beige head. Pleasant chocolate tinged smoky aroma. Mild and drinkable, this really nails it for the style. Smooth and sweet. Bigger side of medium bodied. Right on.

Amber-brown. Aroma is thin chocolatey malts, not getting smoke. Similar palate....husky...no real complexity, smoke or point of interest.
