Made in homage to Oktoberfestbier this is a copper coloured lager, which we brew in the Bavarian style – slow and cold. Easy on the German hops, which allows the toasted, malty profile to shine through, leaving a hint of toffee. Autumn release only.

Tap at Brewdog Perth, April 2019. Pours clear golden amber with a white head. Aroma: bready malts, floral, toffee. Taste: light to moderate sweet & light bitter, caramel, toffee, berries, light grassy. Medium body with soft carbonation.

Bottle from the dregs run. Cheers Craig! Pours clear copper with a thin white head. Aromas of caramel, toffee and light corn. Taste is similar. Not bad.

Bottle at home ... copper ... small white head .. soft dry wheatabix grain fruit nose ... big soft whetabix .. soft fruit malts ... light wheatabix malts
