Bottle, courtesy of Minutemat in a Euroswap. Pours clear golden with a medium, short lived head. Aroma is apples, light farmhouse, acidic, soft booze. Body is medium, softly sweet and acidic, with some tartness, and the alcohol shining through. Strong lively carbonation. Rather low flavours for the thick mouthfeel. Palate is medium try, and again slightly booze. Quite good.

Bottle at home, 31/07/16. Hazed orange with a decent off white head that dissipates to a crown of bubbles. Nose is earthy apple, light smoke, straw, pear skins, farmy. Taste comprises toffee apple, burnt sugar, earthy, apple pulp. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close with a bitter sweet finale. Decent enough offering.

Bottle. Not very complex, but authentic natural apple character, light rot, woody, light basementy. Almost moderate carbonation. Alcohol hidden dangerously. Very easy drinking, simple but charming.

Bottle at De Paas. Hazy light golden with a few bubbles. Musty apple, cobwebs, funky notes, hay, dried apple skins. Lots of deep dry musty notes, very complex. Very light sweetness and a sour touch. Medium bodied with dry feel and some alcohol. Very pleasant cider.

Sampled from tap at Bierfestival Groningen 2016 at 7%. Slightly funky, sourish-fruity aroma of green apples, hints of lemon and oak. Sourish-fruity, a bit sweetish, slightly funky taste of green apples, some almond, hints of lemon and oak, followed by a short, moderately tart finish. Thin to medium body, spritzy and moderately astringent mouthfeel, flat. Nice!
