50cl bottle thanks to Grace. Pours golden amber with some bubbles. It’s got more of the apple sauce thing going on with the nose - the taste confirms this and what is great is that there is not too much sweetness nor too much acidity. Overall, a great cider.

500ml bottle. Pours a slightly hazy lemon gold with medium carbonation. Aroma is strong and acidic. Taste has prickly apple juice to start and a dry, acidic finish.

Hazy light tan with a gentle sparkle. Fresh, fruity aroma with light sulphur. More sulphur on the palate, albeit with some decent bright apple notes. Tannins emerge in the finish. Ok, maybe a bit macro-ish.

Bottle 500ml.Clear medium yellow to orange color with a average, frothy - fizzy, good - fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate apple, rubber, wood, barnyard. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light acidic with a long duration, a dry finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20100119]

Bottled. A hazy dark golden cider with a thin lazign off-whte head. The aroma has notes of apples. The flavor is sweet with nótes apples and some core, leading to a bitter finish.

Bottle, Church Farm Organics, Thurstaston. Poured hazy gold. Aroma was pungent ripe green apple tinged with smoky oaky notes. Flavour was ever so slightly sweet, and dried off nicely. Quite gentle carbonation. This grew on me, think I’ll go and crunch on a carrot behind the barn.
