Cask at the Guildford arms... Light golden yellow amber... Small white head.. Soft floral orange zezt fruits nose.. Light dry fruits.. Lo soft floral fruit

Cask at the hanging bat. Pours clear golden, nose is grass, pine, citrus, taste is sweet, juicy, fruity.

Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 6.5
On cask at Cloisters. Appearance - golden with a decent head and a slight haze. Nose - light floral and citrus. Taste - lime and tomato vine. Palate - light bodied with a creamy texture and a fairly dry finish. Overall - decent. Just about gets away with low alcohol. Not as dry as expected. Something about creating unfermented sugars methinks.
