This Czech beauty was released in 2008 and named after of the highest peaks in the Caucasus Mountains, Kazbek’s parents are Saaz and a Cascade like wild hop. Kazbek has a flavour profile like that of Saaz, but turned up to 11! Expect a dominant bright citrus note of lemon or grapefruit alongside the quintessential floral, earthy spice of its noble parent.

Cask @ Brigantes Bar, York. Golden with a thick creamy head. Hoppy ale with a berry-fruit sweetness in both aroma and taste.
