A perfect beverage to relax with after a long day on the slopes, this extremely pleasant to drink ale has very minimal hop addition. The delicate Mt. Hood hops give it a smooth body with a bit of nuttiness and a slightly sweet malt at the end. This sessionable ale has some wonderful vanilla and honey notes that are well balanced throughout the drink.

Probably better warm, but couldn’t wait.

Tap at TNT. An orange color with a grainy lightly sweet aroma. The taste is floral, fruity biscuit. A decent enough dry light bodied mild. It’s nothing to write home about but then again this is a style that rarely wows for me...

Bottle from Green Mountain Liquors. Release #65. Hazy dark amber body covered with a nice blanket of off-white head. Caramel malts in both aroma and taste. Not bitter at all, just smooth malts. Nice silky body.

Bottle shared @ ChrisO after GBBF Day 2. A bit hazy orange color, medium sized off-white head. Smell and taste malts, but than it’s basically all over the place, although it also comes together pretty well. Anyway, I got some vanilla, honey, sweetish but also bitter. Decent to medium body and carbonation. In the end, overall, not bad.

Chris brought this one back from a trip to Utah. +++ Sampled from a 22 oz brown bottle this beer poured a hazy amber color with a large foamy orange-white head that rose over the glass and lingered leaving good lacing. The aroma was sweet, tart and fruity with notes of sugar and yeast. The flavor was sweet and tangy with caramel, honey and fruit elements. Medium length finish. Medium body. Pleasant.

Cloudy light amber...ok so it doesn’t look right. Has a mellow malty note, touch biscuity and honestly not a ton else... Some subtle yeast character. Not bad but more like a light American amber than a mild.

22 Oz bottle poured, purchased at Epic in Denver. Release #52. Listed at 4.9%. Milds are hard to find around so I jumped all over this. Pours a thick looking brownish orange color with a foamy head and lacing. Heavy malt aroma. Flavor is dusty, heavy malt forward as well. Nutty finish. Pretty good, easy drinking beer.

Bottle. Caramel malt and hay aroma. Hazy amber with small head. Sweet light chocolate caramel malt and straw flavor. Palate a bit watery. Doesn’t look like a typical mild but tastes okay.
