Bottle from Appellation Wines. It pours clear gold with a medium white head. The aroma is fresh, bready, biscuit, hay and mild sweetness. The taste is dry, clean, toasted grain, rich tea biscuit, porridge, light lemon, spice and grass with a dry finish. Light - medium body and moderate carbonation. Nice old-achool pale ale character.

Flavour of green apple peel, underripe pear and pale malt with a subtle peppery finish. Thin to medium body with a light, oily texture. Soft fizz. Clean and simple - lovely.
