Tap at the now defunct Mason & Co in the Olympic Park, London March 2017. Pours clear orange with a foamy white head. Aroma: yeast, floral, sage, lime pepper. Taste: citrus (lime), floral, pepper, sage, grassy light bitter finish. Medium body with frothy carbonation

Can from Honest Brew. Pours golden with an average sized short lasting just off-white head. Aroma of herb, a little sage, light pepper notes, grass and fruit. Moderate sweetness and bitterness, hint of sour. Moderate body, slight sticky texture, average carbonation. Soft peppery finish.
