From cask at the Briar Rose with Ratebeer people at the Birmingham Convention 2022. Clear dark golden. Dense and persistent off-white head. Aroma and taste of crystal malt, syrup and ripe apples. Some bitterness in aftertaste. Perhaps bit waterish mouthfeel. Good drinkability.
