Third of a pint on 21st Sep 2020 in the brewhouse at Chester, part of a three beer flight. Amber/bronze body, off-white head. Caramel semi-sweetness with a fruit cocktail aroma, poor condition though (like all four of their cask ales on my visit!

Third, cask at the brewhouse, shared with Finn. Clear copper body, filmy layer, scattered lacing. Moderate smell of herbal hops, hints of leaves. Blended taste of caramel and ripe fruits. Short bittersweet end. Fair enough. (Chester 26.01.2020).

10/2/2019. Cask at the Brewhouse & Kitchen, Chester. Poured dark amber with a small off-white head. Aroma of caramel, hops, malt, fruit and light herb. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness. Moderate body, slight oily and watery texture, soft carbonation. Ok.

Cask @ Brewhouse & Kitchen, Chester. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are caramel, malt, hops and has a sweet nutty caramel finish.
