Based on German traditions of mixing at least 50 % wheat to barley malt, this is a light colored top-fermented beer. Adding to the ancient wheat beer tradition, it makes sense to use ancient glacier water from Bogerbreen.

Brought by Ico from one of his trips. Shared with some of us, thanks! Pale greenish-straw, small off-white head. Strong citrus and cucumber (?!). Dry and grainy. Light body, light finish. Something went wrong.

Can courtesy of cgarvieuk dregs run. Appearance - cloudy golden. Nose - light pineapple tang. A hint of banana. Nutmeg in there for sure. Taste - lemon and banana. Again a light sweet nutmeg note. Palate - light to medium bodied. The difference between this and what you’d expect from the Bavarian examples is the creamy body is not there. It’s more dry and tangy. Decent finish. Overall - a long way from Bavaria but pretty authentic in most ways.
