Cask @ Head Of Steam, Leeds. Clear copper-red in colour, but perhaps more of the former in appearance. Has a small creamy head, is crisp, with a light rye-sweetness, and there’s more of the latter in this respect. There’s a sticky-sweet texture with sweet malts in its nose.
