Aroma of fruits, citrus, tropical fruit notes, brett. Flavour is moderate sour. The use of Brett is subtle but effective. Slightly complex and very tasty!

Tap at Erzbierschof Zurich. Pours clear golden. Aroma is strong Brett, very distinct. Stables. Body is medium, almost no carbonation, and super dry. Very little sourness though, a tad tart. Short palate. Works very well, refreshing despite being flat.
