Draft @ beertemple. Aroma of roasted malt and chocolate. Taste has coffee, mild peach, licorice and some tropical fruit. Nice one.

Draught @ Thornbridge Den Bosch. Opaque black color, average to medium sized beige head that lasts for a decent while and leaves fair lacing. Aroma is malts, hops, overripe dark fruits, sweet raisins and overripe plums. Taste malts, milk chocolate and again overripe dark fruits that dominate. Something weird about this beer, and I don’t like it. Not a nice black IPA imo.

Draft at Uiltje bar. Pours near black with a thick beige head. Aroma of massive chocolate malt, cacao, roast, light coffee, toffee and malt. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. Way more towards the stout side than the ipa side. Nice!

Tap @ Maximus, large sampe. Dark brown color, medium creamy brown head. Aroma of slight roast, chocolate, slight earthy hops, coffee. Soft to medium clean bitterness in taste, some smooth sweet chocolatey notes. Very nicely balanced, medium body, soft carbonation. Good stuff.

On tap at Cascade, pours a dark mahogany with a medium tan head. Aroma brings out light roast, some mild dark fruits and pronounced hops. Flavour is a great balance of roasted malt, mild dark fruits and dry hops. Well-balanced between hops and roast. Great stuff.
