Named after a little blue butterfly found living on wild hops along the Front Range of Colorado. Delicate hint of banana and clove-like flavor, typical of a traditional saison, that flutter with a subtle spice character derived only from the hops used.

Pour is a hazy blonde with a large white head. Aroma is definitely some funky/fruity esters along with some clove. Flavor is at first a minor tartness followed by some citrus fruit and wheat malt. A little bit of the tartness shows up after the swallow. This probably not a saison, more of a Belgian golden ale because no real musty-funkiness is found in the flavor. Still this is a nice beer with a nice fresh fruitiness with just the right amount of tartness.

Nope, this ain't for me. The flavours don't seem to be "vibrant" enough for my tastes.
