Bottle from the dregs run delivery. Thanks Craig! Pours hazy yellow gold with no head. Aromas of wood and smoke, boozy. Taste brings the bourbon. Long finish, if a bit thin overall.

Bottle at cgarvieuk tasting. Appearance - cloudy golden. Nice lacy head. Nose - oxidised sherry notes. Didn’t expect that. Clearly to do with the ageing. Taste - boozy, woody and oxidised again. Palate - rich and boozy. Some woody dryness at the end. Overall - boozy and challenging but good.

Bottle at cgarvieuk tasting. Appearance - hazy yellow. Nae heid. Nose - this is sour. Limoncello and wood. Taste - tcp and general seaweed notes. Palate - light bodied with an overbearing spirit thing. Overall - when will people stop putting average strength beers into whisky barrels.
