Like IPAs and their American counterparts, our GPA (German Pale Ale) is light with a hoppy finish. It is made with both malted barley and wheat and is strongly hopped with American Chinook and Hallertau Muttelfrh hops, which perfectly complement its dry, biscuit-y finish.

Keg at North Hop, Aberdeen. Clear golden body with a thin white head. Low carbonation. Aroma of grass and lemony grain. Flavour of cereal and biscuit. Medium body with a smooth, oily texture. Soft fizz. Clean and fresh.

Keg at West. It pours clear gold with a thick white head. The nose is soft, juicy, tangerine, satsuma, creaminess and brioche. The taste is crisp, grassy bitterness, doughy malt, creamy, straw, cracked peppercorn and light citrus peel with a dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Well rounded and rather drinkable. One of Westβs best.
