On keg at the Blue Blazer. Appearance - orange almost salmon pink. Nose - fino sherry straight off. Wood and oxidation. Saltiness. More like manzanilla. Taste - more fino sherry and there is a berry note that kind of keeps getting away from you. Palate - light bodied with a long lean texture that goes on way past the finish. Overall - love this. It has proper sourness. My face has imploded into a black hole.
