We’ve taken a good pale malt body and in the style of history’s most arrogant flyer we have hopped it up with Mosaic and Simcoe hops. Don’t drink too close to the sun.

On tap at the brewpub, Glasgow 15/6/2017. Golden in colour, and slightly hazy, with a decent, white, head. Pleasant pale ale, with some tropical fruits, floral hops, biscuity malts and a dryish finish. Good.

Cask at SBC, Glasgow. It pours cloudy golden - orange with a small white head. The aroma is fresh hop, floral, grassy, straw, bread and light spice. The taste is crisp, bitter, grassy, rather floral, spice, straw, wood, slightly grainy, mild tannin vibe and citrus peel with a dry finish. Light - medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. Hops come across quite floral to me. Decent enough session stuff.
