Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 8 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 7.5

Cask @ State Bar. Brown with a ruby red hue, beige head. Nose is chocolate, ginger, coffee. Flavour is roasted malts, coffee, bit of spices. Lots of roastiness going on. Medium bodied, and still drinkable. Well done.

Cask at cloisters. Pours black, nose is gingerbread, chocolate, roasted, taste is sweet chocolate, toffee, ginger, light coffee, liquorice.

Cask at cloisters... Dark black.. Thin tan lacing.. Soft sweet chocolate roast malts.. Dark spiced chocolate roast malts... Dark roast... Dark chocolate roast.. Big ginger bread
