Keg at the Rake. It pours darkest brown with a tiny off-white head. The aroma is fresh, juicy, very jammy, berry, funk, wood, light vanilla, light solvent and permanent marker pen. The taste is rich roast, wood, earth, funk, dirt, burnt toast, tartness, cherry, berry skin, fruit crumble, charred wood, alcohol, rubber dirt and spice with a dry, woody finish. Medium body and high carbonation. Good fun, but the barrel aging makes this less drinkable. Decent, but I prefer the regular.

Keg at Teviot. Pours deep brown, nose is toffee, coconut, apple, taste is similar, dry. Wasn’t getting much of the fruit. Also left my glass behind, Damn.
