Bottle thanks to Blairgus. Appearance - golden yellow with a thin head. Nose - lovely creamy white wine barrel and Brett notes. Pineapple. Taste - loads of coconut. More pineapple. Palate - medium bodied with a creamy yet tangy texture and a long dry tangy finish. Overall - lovely.

Poured from a bottle. Aroma is bright with some light acidity. Quite a bit of fruit notes from the Brett with stone fruits and pineapple. Quite a bit of white wine notes with some light oak and tannins. Light grain notes. Pours a bright golden orange with a small, thin white head that recedes quickly to the edges where it lingers for a bit. Flavor is slightly sweet with a medium light acidity. Some light grain notes. Moderately strong white wine and oak notes with some medium tannins. Medium bitterness. Lighter fruit notes but still quite a bit of stone fruit. Much lighter tropical fruit that is hidden behind the white wine notes. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a good saison, but itβs not amazing. The tannins from the oak and white wine are too strong. A bit better as it warms and the stone fruit comes through more in the flavor. Still not worth the cost for these small bottles.
