Limited edition ruby ale, released to celebrate the brand new brewery. It’s like David’s Not So Bitter, but bigger in flavour, and a bit bitterer. It’s also stronger, at 6.3% ABV instead of 4.4% but is still smooth and malty.

Bottle from Alesela. It pours hazy deep red - brown with a medium beige head. The aroma is rich, wood, fruit cake, spicy, fruit cake, sticky, meaty, candied peel and toffee. The taste is bitter, wood, varnish, resin, drying, leather, bit of toffee, fruit cake, grapefruit rind and spice with a dry finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Decent boosty esb.
