This is a special, one-time release; passed down from Hand Drawn Monkey, this base sour has been aged in a wooden Bowmore barrel for the last 2 years. Not content with the flavour, we’ve altered the beers by adding over 20kgs of fresh strawberries, lemons, basil & vanilla.

Cask @ The Grove, Huddersfield. Dark-amber herbal-fruity. Perhaps not the best starter before heading to the final to date Huddersfield Beer Festival, but that's what it was for me.
