Golden colour with big fluffy head. Aroma and flavour both have tartness and yeast. The sourdough yeast is certainly a lively embellishment to a lager. I hope to see this theme repeated by other brewers.

Bottle at Ben’s.. Thanks to heaton hops... Light golden yellow Amber.. Soft salty floral fruit nose.. Juicy fruit... Long soft salty fruit... Light corriander weird but im digging it

Cask @ Cafe Beermoth, Manchester. Golden with a thick creamy-frothy head. Has a recognisably sour nose, and although it is sour in taste, this is light and manageable, although a tad thin in the palate.
