Keg at Andrew Usher’s. Clear golden body with a thin white head. Good lacing. Aroma of grass, hay and orange pith. Flavour of dried orange peel, unripe melon and sorrel. Medium body with a frothy texture. Light fizz. Easy drinking and bitter, with an overriding flavour of unripened fruit.

Keg at Usher’s. It pours clear gold with a medium white head. The aroma is fresh, lemon parfait, toasted grain, straw, floral and some sweaty sock. The taste is crisp, dry, very bitter, straw, grass, grapefruit, peppery spice, soda water, pithy lemon and a touch of soap with a dry finish. Light - medium body and moderate, prickly carbonation. Pretty alright.
