Keg at Usher’s. It pours lightly hazy gold with a medium white head. The aroma is green, grassy, herbal, clean, cucumber, chive and sweet fruitiness The taste is soft, sweet, cucumber action, green, grassy, lightly herbal, fruit salad, melon and straw with a dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Definite cucumber vibe throughout. Not too shabby.

Keg at Andrew Usher’s. Hazy golden body with a thin white head that fades. Steady carbonation. Very faint lacing. Aroma of cucumber, straw and tonic water. Flavour of white sugar, cucumber and grass. Thin to medium body with a watery texture. Soft fizz. Possibly a touch on the sweet side, but it’s very nice. I think I’ve enjoyed every beer brewed cucumber I’ve tried.
