Keg at Usher’s. It pours hazy rich amber with a thick, foamy white head. The aroma is soft, mellow, sweet maple syrup, pancakes, pine, ricotta cheese, brown bread and fudge. The taste is smooth, soft, sweet, maple syrup, toffee, brown bread, toffee crisp and toasted grain with a dry finish. Medium body and high, foamy carbonation. Aroma is a touch cheesy unfortunately, but this was the end of the keg. Taste is better. Not bad.
