Cask at Andrew Usher’s. Dark ruby body with a firm beige head. Good lacing. Aroma of nuts, chocolate earth and berries. Flavour of blueberry skins, bitter melon rind and a hint of liquorice. Thin to medium body with an oily texture. Light carbonation prickle. Very smooth and drinkable. Quite hoppy for a Mild.

Cask @ Port Street Beer House, Manchester. Dark clear red with a thin, slightly off-white head. Strong tasting mild with hints of a Black IPA through some tropical fruit notes.
