Bottle. Slightly cloudy pale yellow with a lovely white head. Aroma of yeast, coriander, elderflower and citrus fruits. Taste of elderflower, orange peel, coriander, wheat and yeast. Spicy and zesty. Low bitterness. Medium carbonation. Light mouthfeel. Nice and easy.

50cl bottle, now just named Blanche. Pours golden, medium transparent, with moderate white foam. Aroma is grainy and honey, floral. Body and carbonation are average. Taste is fairly sweet. Final is average.

330ml bottle. Pours lemon gold with a large head. Aroma is sweet, limey elderflower and wheat. Taste has elderflower to start. Wheaty, grainy finish.

Bottle 500ml. @ [ Assentoft Tasting by Hansen & Zita ]. [ As Melchiori Biava Blanche ]. ABV: 4.9%. Clear light to medium yellow colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat - oat, pale malt, light to moderate yeasty, witbier yeast - coriander. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, witbier yeast - coriander, wheat - oat, light coriander, light elderberry - dandelion. Body is medium to light, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20190914] 5-3-6-3-11

Frothy white fair mostly diminishing head. Pale yellow colour. Light malty and moderate hoppy and moderate yeasty aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate. Wit ish.
