Tight tan head left a creamy cover on a reddish brown body. Malt, spice & berry aroma. Medium bodied, smooth with a lively back. Red berries, toffee, spiced & light malt tastes with a hopped up tangy citrus finish. Good one.

Red with a creamy, off-white head. Aroma of berries or berry flavored candy with some mild caramel and mixed grains. Taste is bittersweet with a pleasant toffee sweetness on a less appealing metallic bitterness. Medium-bodied, mild carbonation, slightly watery texture. Simple, non-offensive stuff.

Bottle @ You’ll Never Walk Alone, Kolding. Pours hazy rich amber with stable off-white head. Clear aroma of malt and yeast, with notes of caramel and mild fruity hints. Bitter, hoppy and citric flavour with sweetish notes of malt, caramel and yeast and hints of spice. Bitter and estery aftertaste with malty hints. Not bad for the style, and quite reasonable as such.

Bottle from Tesco. A decent red ale but the toffee is really strong here as they say.
