Soft cranberry aroma and a little soda-y. Nice clouded yellow body but no foam. Flavour is lemony sourness with raspberry hints. Salty mouthfeel. Nice drinker, no need for the abv.

Bottle at Drygate. It pours very lightly hazy pale orange - gold with a decent white head. The aroma is fresh orange, mango, farmhouse bread and sherbet. The taste is crisp, clean, tart, juicy orange, kumquat, bergamot, sherbet, light lactic acidity, minerals and decent mouth - pucker. The finish is dry and sherbety. Light + body and moderate, foamy carbonation. Brilliant flavour for the abv. Delicious stuff!

Bottle from Appellation Wines. Appearance - cloudy golden orange. A decent head and it lasts. Nose - mainly sour at the top. Then the orange juice comes through as the head subsides. Taste -big orange notes accentuated by the sourness of the underlying style, the Earl Greyis missing in action. Palate - light bodied with a creamy yet tangy texture and a long dry tangy finish. Overall - nice refreshing Berliner Weisse, though didn’t get the Earl Grey.

Bottle from The Beerhive. Milky pale golden body with a thin white head. Steady carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of orange zest, grapefruit and cloudy lemonade. Flavour of refreshing bitter lemon and grapefruit peel. Very dry. Thin to medium body with a powdery texture. Soft fizz. A highly impressive beer for 2.0% ABV. This is a massive improvement from last year’s 3.0% ABV test version.
