Keg at the Hanging Bat. Pours black with a thin tan head. Aromas of dark chocolate, vanilla, light roast. Taste is more of the same. Quite the beast. Nice.

Keg at Beavertown as "Hanging Bat Brew Co BA Barely Any Beer". It pours black with a decent tan head. The nose is rich, oily, vanilla, medicinal, whisky, burnt toffee, charred wood, burnt plastic, coconut and medicinal action. The taste is rich, slick, oily, burnt tires, burnt plastic, chewy malt, liquorice, smoke with a dry, smoked finish. Full body, fine carbonation and oily mouth-feel. Too much burnt plastic. Not great..
