2015 vintage. Hazy orange pour, some white foam on the top. Nose is nice and fruity, tart of course but not overwhelmingly acidic. Tastes bit chalky, quite acidic actually, intense, apricot there but not soft any more. Dry finish, intense, enjoyable and apricot coming out more in the finish - but I would not be able to finish a pint of this.

Bottle, 2015 project, 7.2%. Color: Hazy golden, white head. Aroma: Tart, yellow fruit, Brett. Taste: Over medium tart, moderate sweet notes of yellow fruit (apple, apricot). Subtle Brett funk notes. Oak hints, dry mouthfeel. Light bitterness. Over medium body, average carbonation. Nice refreshing summer beer, enjoying this one in the sun on my terrace.

Unclear orange. Fantastic fruit funk nose. Soft sourness, loads of juicy apricot. Mild to medium funk. Gimme more!
