An amber beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma is sweet spicy - especially ginger mixes with the malt notes. The flavor is sweet malty with light notes of caramel, hops, and flowers, leading to a dry slightly bitter end.

Light brown very flavourful bitter, plenty of malt and good bitterness, decent finish. Visit the brewery evey year on holidays to pick up a case or two and this in my opinion is by far and away their best beer. Very good beer.

Foxy-amber clear beer; small off-white head, very fine bubbled. Laurel, ambrée malt, some yeasty esters, and nothing but very faraway hops. Slightly sweet-malty taste, cookies, with a fleeting whiff of bitter hops, and a tad ureum/sulphur. Again a laurel/bay leaf flavour. Remarkable mineral-water feel, very light burning MF, and very light body. It’s a LOT better on cask. Why do they filter this?? STRONG ale???

Deep red coloured beer, with flavours that remind you of christmas pudding and mince pies. A fine beer with a fruity palate.
