Part of our heritage range. Rich chocolate and sweet molasses balanced by the clean bitterness of the hops!

Wakefield Beer Festival 2017. Very dark with washy but stated enough roasted malts in both aroma and taste.

Mark Addy, Salford 22 Jan 13. Ultimat rødbrun. Lavt skum. Teppelacing. Forsiktig syrlig aroma. Smaken beskjeden med antydning til søt malt. Litt kjedelig.

Cask hand pump, half pint at Mark Addy, Salford. Back body with deep, ruby highlights. Fragile head-lacing. Smell of dark, semi-sweet malts with a touch of liquorice. Similar taste profile perhaps with emphasis on the liquorice part leading to a malt bitter ending. Fine bodied. Nice (Greater Manchester, 22.01.2013).
