A Sunshine beer for the summer months. Medium bodied, with subtle maltiness provided by the lager & Munich malts, then balanced with lots of beautiful hops.
Like its predecessor Hop Shine, this one is not too bitter but has even more hop character. Balanced with a deep citrus fruity aroma the stars of the show are Citra and Cascade hops.

1st Oct 2015: cask at the Crown Inn, Oakengates Shropshire. Golden body with a white top, citrus notes throughout the brew. Lemon esters rules the nose and taste, some grapefruit hints in there too. Not really my bag but refreshing enough on a hot day.
